Pueblo Revival Renovation

This whole-home renovation in Santa Fe restored and modernized a Pueblo Revival-style home while honoring its Southwestern character. We repaired and resealed the flat parapet roof, refreshed the stucco exterior, and restored reclaimed viga beams and corbel detailing throughout.

Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully rebuilt with contemporary systems and appliances wrapped in traditional finishes, hand-tumbled stone, oil-rubbed bronze, and custom plaster walls. A central courtyard was reimagined as an indoor-outdoor focal point.

The project balanced preservation with modernization, giving the owners a home that performs to today's standards while keeping the Santa Fe Style craftsmanship that makes it unique.
